cannot express enough how grateful i am for the customer service at this place, had talked to both raymond and bob about my 2006 husky, asking for advice on misc. issues the bike had(i purchased used off an individual).They both gave me advice and pointed me in the right direction, so when it came time to order some parts i chose to go here over ordering online. Very pleased at how i was treated and will definitely do business here again!

What can you say when a transaction is perfect? I contacted Jeff at Hall's via an email inquiry. I was surprised to have a response first thing in the morning the very next day. My questions were answered in a proficient and earnest manner. I was on the fence about making a trade or selling to a private purchaser. Jeff was realistic about my trade and very fair. We coordinated a good time for me to ride in and ride out. The service was on point and just a pleasure. I was even steered toward a couple places to visit while in town.Reputation was well deserved. I ordered parts from Bob in your parts department and he was very helpful. he new what he was talking about, ordered me the right parts and got them to me in California fast. I would like to give him a thumbs up. I am very impressed with the knowledge and professionalism at your shop. All of the shops out here in Cali have kids behind the counter that now nothing about how to do there job or even take the time to try and find you what you need, and on top of that they never have anything in stock anymore. Again way to go Bob an Hall's cycles.

Purchasing sight unseen from out of state always requires confidence in the dealer. Jeff Kaylor was a true professional throughout the whole process. I felt good about the bike I was buying, as well as the store I was buying it from. He handled the whole transaction including my trade (paperwork, shipping, etc...) smoothly and efficiently. I have been away from the dirt bike/race scene for quite awhile. I was looking for the best machine, at a fair and reasonable price, and a shop that is known for impeccable, honest, friendly "no push" service....Jay Hall's Shop was it! I found it to be more than that! My sales guy Steve Stuenkel ( who also races )was most knowledgeable about my bike and what I wanted. Next, my bike got into the hands of Clint (another racer)...the mechanic that knew I wanted it to rip! He turned my TE310R into a street legal trail blazing TXC. I am so pleased with with my entire purchase! I would highly recommend you check them out!
